Are you ready for the swim? Will race-day be your first ocean swim? Do you want to improve the swim leg of your race?

Sign up for a Breath of Life Triathlon race-prep ocean clinic and get ready! Take advantage of small groups lessons taught by experienced triathletes, ocean swimmers and ocean lifeguards. Learn valuable race tips about the swim course, navigation, pacing, transitioning, ocean stroke techniques, ins-and--outs, anxiety control, strategies and more!

Location: Meet at guard tower at end of San Pedro Street, San Buenaventura State Beach Park

Times: 10:00am or at 2:30pm
Location: Meet in the parking lot by the circular restrooms near the Race Expo.

Price: $35.00; $45.00 for walk-ons*. Take more than one clinic and the next one is $25.
